""The Emerald Group consists of two main businesses and within that we have a split between technical and non-technical roles. When we first spoke to Jav our issue was communication between the members of the teams internally, particularly because two of the non-technical roles work remotely. Our first session was a mix of communication exercises and skills tests and it was a great success.
