Mo Sarwar is an experienced coach and trainer with over 30 years experience of providing services to individuals and organisations across the United Kingdom. As a Level IV (Elite) Squash Coach, Mo has played squash at club, county, national and international level representing England.
Working closely with a number of organisations including charities, schools, colleges, the armed forces and private sector organisations Mo has developed and delivered a number of accredited training programnmes. As an experienced sportsman, Mo has developed teams from various levels into regional and nationally recognised performers. Over the years Mo has worked with organisations to build cohesive and high performing teams using key skills and activities developed throughout his sports career.
Mo has extensive experience of providing consultancy services to sports organisations across the country. He has helped to develop and implement local and regional sports programmes and organisational development strategies. He has helped organisations develop the policies and procedures required to create a strong infrastructure leading to sustainability and a continuous improvement culture.
Mo is a national trainer and assessor and is an internal verifier for England Squash & Racketball and Coachwise. He is qualified to deliver, assess and quality assure accredited courses and programmes. Mo is currently the Director of Coaching and Development for Warwickshire Squash & Racketball and the former Midlands Regional Performance Coach coaching national squads. He is a T – Grade Referee and Referee Instructor and holds a BSc Hons in Applied Biology, Level Three Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector, Certificate to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector and a BTEC Diploma in Sports/Remedial Massage Therapy. He is also a life coach and personal trainer and is currently working towards his Diploma to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector.
